are they just bad dreams or the manifestations of something else.

nightmares could be bad dreams, but as you know dreams mean anything.

so are dreams just our own subconscious surfacing to the forfront of our minds .or are they something else .if so what .

that is a good one i cant answer that one.

 maybe our anxieties are playing out in our sleep as a warning to us

or maybe as a relief valve

it could be a way of reliel as you say.

or could they be predictions

like i said when i went somwhere i had a dream about people walking dogs etc, a idea for you to try out is do 49 numbers on a bit of paper for the lottery put the paper under your pillow and see if you dream any numbers.

what about retturning to a dream you had before and re living it again.

 could we consider dreams as a tool when investigating sites ,if the dream leads us to unknown information ,or could we say that we may have noticed something during the investigation and remembed it later when asleep and relaxed.

they could some sort of tool, when at a haunted place.

have you ever tried lucid dreaming to gain insight into a site.

Some dreams, when the soul detaches from the body, are psychic / astral visitations (as opposed to remote viewing when the mind detaches while the body is awake).  Other dreams can be programmed by an outside source as if the dream is part of a simulation in some alien technology.  I once had a dream meant for someone else, using their name.

lucid dreaming is a good way to prepare yourself for future events ,ie seeing yourself in a situation and working your way through it ...in your mindfs eye.so when the situation arises you seemingly have already lived it.

heres one for you, 2 weeks ago i went to man utd when they played chelsea, i did not know untill 2 days before i was going, but a week before i had dreams i was there.

but did you get the result .

no just being at the match funny thing is last night i had the same dream being at man utd.
